50th Anniversary Be Kind To Animals Day
On June 18, 2011, Mid Island Animal Hospital celebrated our 50th anniversary with Be Kind to Animals Day. Over 700 people were present for a very special day. Six animal organizations were invited to meet pet owners and friends of the hospital. Pet owners then chose an organization, and Mid Island Animal Hospital donated in honor or memory of their pets. Over $11,000 was donated to the organizations.
Mid Island Animal Hospital wanted to hold an event that was meaningful and had a long-lasting impact on our 50th anniversary.
